Two kinds of report. You choose one for each document.
Both give you a similarity report and an AI writing report as PDF files. They differ in where each report is produced, so pick the one that fits what you need the report for.

Buy checks without leaving the chat.
Each document uses one check. Type buy, pick a package and TurnBot sends you a secure payment link. The checks are added as soon as the payment completes, and you get a message when they arrive.
Payments run on encrypted (HTTPS) checkout pages from established payment processors.

Before you send your first file
Do I need to create an account?
No. Your WhatsApp number is your account. Your balance, your purchases and your past reports are all linked to it.
Which files can I send?
Word (DOCX and DOC), PDF, ODT, RTF and TXT. The text has to be selectable, so a photo or a scanned page can't be checked. Send the document as a file attachment rather than as an image.
How long does a check take?
Usually a few minutes. At busy times it can take longer, and TurnBot tells you your place in the queue while you wait.
Which report should I choose?
Turnitin official when you need the reports exactly as Turnitin produces them. In-house engine when you want to check a draft quickly while you are still working on it.
What happens if a check fails?
If a report can't be produced, for example because the file can't be read, the check goes back to your balance automatically and TurnBot tells you why.
Can I get an older report again?
Yes. Type history to see your recent checks and have any of the reports sent to you again.
What do you do with my document?
We use it only to produce your reports. To have your documents and reports deleted, write to [email protected] with your WhatsApp number.
